4) You will then be set up with a Credit Coach, who will establish your Corporate
Paydex (established within 15 to 30 business days) score of 80 - 85.
5) Your Coach will begin to prepare your file for Banks lines of credit and or real estate purchases depending on Clients need. *If you have good personal credit (700 or better) it will even further enhance your opportunities for greater financing.
6) Property should be no higher than 60% Loan to Value
